Ceramic Emporium customers do not pay flat rates for shipping. We combine shipping to lower the postal costs, and our sophisticated shipping calculator uses YOUR zip code / postal zone, the actual weight of the items and estimated packing materials. We will pack your order THEN LOWER YOUR INVOICE to reflect your exact shipping cost if the calculator is too high.

Once we pack your order, we may contact you if there are quite a few ounces you can add to your order to get "free" shipping on those items. If (and only if) you're interested, we work with you to identify items with those weights! We take pride in our personalized service to provide a unique shopping experience.
